Did you know today is Antiphon Day? If you’ve read even a small part of Destination: Transformation, you’ll know I quote prayers from Celtic Daily Prayer a lot. Today, for the first time, I decided to do an advent pilgrimage (an hour long walk!) based on the antiphon prayers and readings. It was wonderful, and gave me such a great sense of perspective and hope in God. If anyone wants to do the same, I’ve found this link to the Antiphon prayers; just walk and read them at intervals.
